DOMETIC WINE STORAGE CABINETS
Dometic is manufacturing Wine Cellars especially for wine connoisseurs who appreciate »traditional wine cellar« cooling without any vibration, detrimental to the taste and operating in complete silence.
Our genuine Wine Cellars, are especially designed for wine keeping, shelves are built to carry the weight of many bottles, and they have two different circuits for heating and cooling.
A genuine Wine Cellar must answer certain basic criteria:
1) * Constant temperature at around (12°C) 53.6 F.
2) * Hygrometry sustained between 50 and 70%.
3) * No vibration.
4) * Protection against light.
Some Wine Cellars are able to comply with the two first criteria but only Dometic can guarantee all four!
Furthermore the unit is Q-U-I-E-T, THERE ARE NO MOVING PARTS so you will get a fantastic reliability in SILENCE for years to come. Thanks to the absorption technology.

With the Dometic Wine cellars, you will be able to keep your wines in the best possible conditions, like if you had a traditional wine cellar.
The technology behind the Dometic Wine cellars, is the exclusive absorption principle invented by Electrolux in 1925. The absorption technology doesn't use a compressor or generate vibrations. THERE ARE NO MOVING PARTS! This ensures an exceptional lifespan in complete SILENCE.
Standard specifications:
* Electronic temperature regulation.
All you need to do is to key in the chosen temperature ideally 12°C (53.6°F) or 13°C (55.4°F) and your cellar will start self regulating, producing heat or cold in order to respect your wishes and taking into account external temperature conditions.
* Evaporator with fins
Thanks to its original evaporator design, the Dometic Wine cellar uses a large size fin package, which prevents ice build up. The natural air circulation loads itself with condensation humidity when passing through the fins.
* Carbon filter
If your wine cellar is located in a room carrying odors likely to have adverse affects on wine, the carbon filter will act as a natural barrier.
A compact cabinet with glazed door able to store 36 to 54 bottles depending on the number of fitted shelves.

* All models have a digital setting of the temperature, which can be regulated from 8° C to 18° C, depending on model and ambient temperature.
* Fully electronic control panel.
* The glass door is fitted with double glazing for U.V protection.
* Dometic CE 52 comes equipped with 5 fitted shelves. Holds up to 54 bottles.
When the door is closed, the CE 52 exhausts from the backside, both through
the carbon filter at the top and through the drainpipe at the bottom. The gradient in the cellar makes the air circulate through these two openings where circulation is quite small.
When the door is opened, the CE 52 will exhaust through the door.
