I realize that Wine Accessories Unlimited is the distributor for the item and as such does not warehouse this item at their place of business. I further agree that if problems occur with shipments of said items such as damages incurred in shipping or with receipt of defective merchandise I shall immediately inform Wine Accessories Unlimited of this problem. I understand that it is the obligation of the shipper to correct damages incurred in shipping and the obligation of the manufacturer to correct defective merchandise. I agree that said merchandise will then be returned in its original packaging to the shipper so that new product can be reshipped. I will not hold Wine Accessories Unlimited liable for such defective merchandise. I understand that warranties are the manufacturers liability and not the distributors.
