The Monterey Winekeeper Gas Dispensing System can be built to handle from 6 to 12 dispensers. It features convenient sliding glass doors and is available in oak, mahogany, & cherrywood (other hardwoods available) plus several different anodized aluminum laminates (brass,brushed nickel,black) and stainless steel. | The Monterey by Winekeeper is a commercial wine preservation system in a sleek contemporary design. The edges are squared and it is designed to be clad in a variety of plastic laminates, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, or brass. Wood models are also available, but the wine preservation cabinet will have a black top. The Winekeeper Monterey has sliding front doors for easy access to the wine bottles.Finishes are available for most hardwoods, brass stainless-steel and anodized aluminum. The Monterey Keeper System includes: Two-Stage Regulator, Lights & Thermometer, Thermal-pane sliding glass doors and 8' Remote Nitrogen Tubing with Quick-Connect. Refrigeration: Auto-Defrost, 115 Volt, 60 HZ, 1.1 Amps. Temperature range for white wine is 42 to 48 F, for red wine the range is 58 to 64 F. Required minimum air space for proper venting is 3" behind and 12" above unit. Oak or Mahogany Finishes are the most popular but we can special order Cherrywood. Special Laminate is Anodized Aluminum with a Stainless Steel or Brass or Black look surface which requires no polishing and of course real Stainless Steel.
