OUR RETURNS POLICY

Wine Accessories Unlimited will gladly allow you to return any item within 10 days of postmark at your expense. As long as the item sent back is in the original packaging and in the same condition as sent, we will give you credit towards your account with us less credit card billing charges (approx. 3.5%) for the amount of the item returned less shipping. Please notify us immediately. You may then use this credit for any of our items you may wish to purchase henceforth.

Wood racks, special orders, all electropull uncorking machines, and cooling units are NOT RETURNABLE unless defective.
If you received damaged goods you must contact us within 14 days to file an insurance claim!

Any item returned other than for a defective item is subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the balance on your account with us. Any items with incorrect or partial addresses will incur a $6 added fee which will bill to your account.
