#O2RS & #M2RS - The Sonoma Winekeeper System This is what many of the larger restaurants purchase to keep their open bottles fresh. It features hinged frame doors and rounded edges finished in either oak or mahogany.Sizes range from 4 to 12 bottle dispensers with storage space for backup bottles. It features a self-defrosting, cold-plate style refrigeration system. Two individual sections can keep some of the wines chilled down to the exact temperature needed, a two-stage regulator, lights & thermometer, quick-connects & 8 feet of tubing.The true wine lover can preserve his favorite wines! Enjoy your wines, glass by glass, while a pressurized blanket of nitrogen protects your wines from oxidation. The most efficient appliance for wine preservation and longevity! The Sonoma includes: Two-Stage Regulator, Lights & Thermometer, Thermal-pane glass doors and 8' Remote Nitrogen Tubing with Quick-Connect. Refrigeration: Auto-Defrost, 115 Volt, 60 HZ, 1.1 Amps. Temperature range for white wine is 42 to 48 F, for red wine the range is 50 to 65 F. Required minimum air space for proper venting is 3" behind and 12" above unit. Special Laminate is Anodized Aluminum with a Stainless Steel or Brass look surface which requires no polishing.
